Who is the Fancy Hippie?

Jazzy (Jasmine) Bivar-Smith is a vibrant and invigorating leader committed to transforming organizations to be more people-centered. Jazzy has two decades of organizational experience including 8 years in corporate talent and organizational development and more than 12 years leading front-line employees in hospitality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from University of Oklahoma. Her Tulsa-based consulting company, The Fancy Hippie Group, specializes in helping executives and organizations maximize employee engagement using a diversity, equity and inclusion lens.
