Who is the Fancy Hippie?

Jazzy (Jasmine) BS is a vibrant and invigorating leader committed to transforming organizations to be more people-centered. Jazzy has more than two decades of organizational experience including 8 years in corporate talent and organizational development and more than 12 years leading front-line employees in hospitality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from University of Oklahoma. Her Tulsa-based consulting company, Jazzy has a passion for helping folks leverage their privilege and social capital and honoring humanity. In 2021, The Fancy Hippie Group, was established to positively impact the lives of underserved and underestimated.

Today, FHG focuses on engaging communities in the change they want to see as collaborative partners instead of simply sources of information.
